In July, the second funding phase of the Match’In project, Match’In 2.0, has successfully started. Following the conclusion of the first phase of the project, Match’In 1.0, the project team, with both new and familiar faces, has now embarked on the journey to further develop the Match’In process. To do so, two projects will be implemented: With funding from the Ministry for Family, Women, Culture and Integration in Rhineland-Palatinate, we want to also make the Match’In process available to families, with as little discrimination and as few barriers as possible for all members within a family. The second project, funded by the Hessian Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, aims to develop an app that enables those seeking protection to enter their own data in the Match’In process.

We are delighted to launch Match’In 2.0, which represents another important step towards implementing the Match’In process in the regular allocation system.

More information on the first funding phase, Match’In 1.0, can be found here.
